Job Title: Senior Manager - AI Learning Labs
About This Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to establish and spearhead our new AI Learning Labs initiative. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end development and management of our AI learning environment, fostering a hands-on learning experience for future AI practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI and Machine Learning, with proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI models across various domains. They will be a creative problem solver who can leverage limited resources to build a robust learning environment and a skilled leader who can inspire and mentor future AI professionals.
Job Location: Bangalore with travel opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of hands-on project development and deployment.
- Extensive knowledge of various AI algorithms, techniques, and architectures
- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, R).
- Strong understanding of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
